At BASE, we partnered with citizenM, an global luxury hotel chain, to help improve their digital products and enhance the customer experience. Working closely with the citizenM team, we conducted UX audits and research to identify areas for improvement. We then designed and implemented UX and UI improvements across their mobile, web, and app products.

As a result of our efforts, citizenM has seen improvements in their booking flow and app sign-ups, as well as an increase in customer retention. These improvements have helped enhance the overall customer journey for citizenM guests.
